Watermelon Wave Recipe
Watermelon Wave recipe — Summer's most refreshing ride. Made with none.

Watermelons are 92% water and were used as canteens by early explorers.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh watermelon (cubed and chilled)
- 1 cup coconut water
- 0.5 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup
- 8 leaves fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add cubed watermelon to blender
- Pour in coconut water and lime juice
- Add simple syrup and mint leaves
- Blend until smooth
- Strain through fine mesh sieve into glass
- Fill glass with ice cubes
- Stir well and garnish with mint sprig and watermelon slice
