Sparkling grape juice is made from the same Concord grapes as regular grape juice, just carbonated.

Ingredients

• 1 cup grape juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
• 1 cup sparkling water (chilled)
• 10 whole fresh grapes (for garnish)
• 0.5 oz lemon juice
• 1 cup ice (crushed)

Instructions

1. Fill a tall glass with crushed ice
2. Pour grape juice into the glass
3. Add lemon juice and stir gently
4. Top with chilled sparkling water
5. Garnish with fresh grapes on a cocktail pick
