Sprinkles were invented in the Netherlands in the early 1900s as a bread topping.

Ingredients

• 2 cups vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup whole milk
• 3 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
• 2 tablespoons whipped cream (for topping)
• 1 tablespoon additional rainbow sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Add vanilla ice cream to blender
2. Pour in whole milk
3. Add rainbow sprinkles to blender
4. Blend until smooth and colorful
5. Pour into tall glass
6. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top
