Ingredients

• 2 oz vanilla vodka
• 0.5 oz passion fruit liqueur (Passoã preferred)
• 0.25 oz vanilla syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 whole fresh passion fruit (halved)
• 1 flute champagne (served alongside)

Instructions

1. Scoop pulp from half the passion fruit into shaker.
2. Add vodka, passion fruit liqueur, vanilla syrup, and lime juice to shaker with ice.
3. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well chilled.
4. Double strain into chilled coupe glass.
5. Float remaining passion fruit half on surface and serve with champagne flute.
