• 1 cup coconut milk
• 0.5 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed)
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 cup ice cubes
• 2 tablespoons coconut flakes (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Add frozen pineapple chunks to blender
2. Pour in coconut milk and orange juice
3. Add honey for sweetness
4. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth
5. Pour into tall glass over fresh ice
6. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and pineapple wedge
