Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons passion fruit pulp (fresh or frozen)
• 0.5 ounce lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
• 0.75 ounce simple syrup
• 4 ounces sparkling water
• 6 pieces ice cubes
• 1 tablespoon passion fruit seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Add passion fruit pulp and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker
2. Add simple syrup and ice cubes to the shaker
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Strain into a chilled glass filled with fresh ice
5. Top with sparkling water and stir gently
6. Garnish with passion fruit seeds and a lemon wheel
