Negroni Recipe

Negroni recipe — An acquired taste that becomes the only taste. Made with gin. Originally from Italy.

Complex. A little intimidating at first. Rewards patience. Once you get it, you REALLY get it. Very few casual fans.

Count Camillo Negroni invented this in 1919 by asking his bartender to strengthen his Americano with gin instead of soda.
