Ingredients

• 2 cups vanilla ice cream
• 1.5 cups whole milk
• 3 tablespoons cotton candy syrup
• 2 tablespoons whipped cream
• 1 handful cotton candy (for topping)

Instructions

1. Add vanilla ice cream to blender
2. Pour in whole milk and cotton candy syrup
3. Blend until smooth and creamy
4. Pour into a tall glass
5. Top with whipped cream and cotton candy
