Coconut Water Cooler Recipe

Coconut Water Cooler recipe — The office water cooler gossip, but make it tropical and actually refreshing. Made with none. Originally from Philippines.

I'm that coworker who somehow makes hydration look effortless and trendy. I show up to meetings with my electrolytes perfectly balanced and my potassium levels on point. I'm basically water's cooler, more interesting cousin who spent a gap year in Thailand.

Coconut water was used as emergency IV fluid during World War II and the Vietnam War when medical supplies ran low. Its sterile nature and electrolyte composition made it a literal lifesaver for wounded soldiers.

Filipino and other Southeast Asian cultures have been drinking fresh coconut water for centuries, simply by cracking open young green coconuts. The modern 'cooler' concept emerged in the 1990s when health-conscious Americans discovered this natural sports drink.
